By accessing and using VCTX, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

02 // Platform Usage

VCTX is a platform for idea validation within the Scriptonia ecosystem. Users must:

• Use the platform in good faith and for its intended purpose
• Provide accurate information when submitting ideas or insights
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in fraudulent or malicious activities

03 // Payments and Escrow

All payments are made in $VCTX tokens on the Solana blockchain. Funds are held in escrow until founder approval. Refunds are available per our refund policy.

04 // User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their wallets and private keys. VCTX is not responsible for lost funds due to user error or wallet compromise.

05 // Limitation of Liability

VCTX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.

06 // Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
